Questions
What's the difference between my UAN and member ID?
Your UAN is a 12-digit number that stays the same when you change jobs. The member ID is the PF account number with one employer, and it starts with the state, office and establishment codes.
Can I share the passbook with only the balance visible?
Yes. Leave Contribution amounts unticked and hide the UAN, member ID and date of birth. Tick it if you'd rather hide the amounts too.
